Abstract :
Based on generalized Steinmetz equation, this paper provides an expanded equation to achieve the wide-field iron-loss simulations of laminated magnetic steels. According to the analysis of magnetic steel 65CS1300 of China Steel Corporation, the new equation shows a lower predication error than 10%.
