Abstract :
A RF sub-sampling mixer is presented that employs a matched feed-forward structure to provide 51.3 dB of RF isolation. Combined with a discrete-time PGA and band-pass ΣΔ ADC, the circuitry provides a low-power conversion to digital with a dynamic range of 50 dB with a power consumption of 1.87 mA from a 1.6 V supply.
