Abstract :
Collaborative manufacturing tasks for complex product makes an urgent demand for integration of the increasing amount of distributed manufacturing resources on internet, which should achieve high scalability of complex data management, high performance of computing tasks, and high reliability of underlying infrastructure. However, current solutions, such as popular SOA based integration, can´t cover all above. This paper proposed a virtual SOA based model for network manufacturing integration, which consists of hardware infrastructure layer, virtualization layer, virtual services management layer, manufacturing services layer, manufacturing applications layer, and user interfaces layer. The model can provide high efficiency of complex data storage and computing tasks and high reliability by a combination of SOA and virtualization techniques.
