Abstract :
Aiming to carry out scientific development concept and construct economical society, this paper puts forward the content and method of TIA in urban new central area and discusses some important issues during urban new central area TIA. All the results have been applied in the TIA of urban new central area in Nanjing, Zhangjiagang, and Wenzhou etc. The method applied in this paper can be used for other cities.
