Abstract :
The numerical simulation about foursquare circle of contact furnace combustion process was carried out by software Fluent if straw as reburning fuel and Datong soft coal as the main fuel. Through regulating the heat output ratio about reburning fuel, the distributions of temperature and constituent were acquired, and the reductive characteristic of NOx over straw was realized. The results revealed that: the fuel in main combustion zone could be burn out and the temperature decrease in reburning zone was good for reduction of NOx; the NOx generation tendency of the three conditions are consistent, and with inputting reburning fuel, the generation of NOx is reduced rapidly; all of the three conditions reduced the NOx discharge commendably, and the effect of condition 1 was best; the reburning effect of straw was better than Datong soft coal in the same heat output. Consequently, straw reburning to reduce the NOx discharge in power plant is feasible.
