Abstract
This paper designs a measure system of telescope\´s resolution with human-computer interaction. This system adopts variable video-microscope and CCD video lens with highly resolution, which can change standard resolution plate\´s photo to computer\´s display with image collection system. Computer interprets the number of resolution plate\´s board and group, then it displays and saves the result automatically. This system realizes the measure precision of 5", which contents with the measure request of the visual telescope\´s resolution.
