  • Abstract
    This paper mainly discuss the effects on the transverse load distribution of the stiffness and the space of virtual beam, and the value of moment releasing, according to the space beams finite element model of a hinged joint cellular slab bridge on the basis of the Beam Girder Theory. The methods in exact simulating the transverse load distribution of simply-supported hinged joint celluar slab bridge with adjusting the virtual beam calculation parameters are put forward, which are proved to be valid and practical in this thesis by load experiments.
