Abstract :
A synchronous drive scheme fuzzy algorithm for dual linear motors position servo system in gantry moving type milling machine is presented in this paper. To counteract the influence of mechanical coupling rapidly, a fuzzy cross-coupling controller was designed and placed in feedback loop of axes driven by dual Linear motors. The design of preview feedforward compensation was used to meet the required tracking performance. The results of simulation indicate that the proposed control method has strong robustness, and that the dynamical synchronous error is smaller during dynamic process.
