  • Abstract
    The numerical solution of flow field in hydrodynamic coupling is calculated with three-dimensional flow numerical simulation method of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and the typical flow field is analyzed. Based on the 3-D flow numerical solution, the original characteristic of hydrodynamic coupling is predicted. The result indicates that the prediction accuracy of characteristics which is based on 3-D flow numerical solution is higher than that based on the traditional method of one- dimensional flow theory, and it is well tallied with the results of the experiment.
