Abstract :
The application of computer Three-dimensional visualization technology in railway route selection can improve the efficiency and quality of the design of railway route selection. Three-dimensional railway route modeling is the key of the route Three-dimensional visualization. The Three-dimensional modeling methods are studied deeply in the paper, according to the feature of railway route selection design. Before Three-dimensional modeling, route selection scheme must be converted to a collection of point, which contains Three-dimensional coordinates, and the mathematical formulas converting mileage to geodetic coordinates are deduced in the paper. The integration of roadbed and terrain is a difficult point in the process of railway route Three-dimensional modeling. Based on the principle of constrained Delaney triangulation, Two-step method is adopted in the paper in order to solve the problem and the corresponding algorithms are proposed. With the help of the Algorithm of slop modeling and roadbed modeling proposed in the paper, integration modeling of slope, road surface and terrain is realized successfully. With the help of GIS component, the 3D visualization system of railway route selection is realized at last. And the running results of the system improves that the Three-dimensional modeling method presented in the paper is not only efficient, but also easy to realize.
