Abstract :
In this paper a new intelligent dual-line lubricant bus system was introduced. SIEMENS PLC is central controller, the PROFIBUS is the communication mode, the touch screen is to show the working status data and set data can be input through it in this system. Through measuring the oil temperature, oil pressure, and pressure difference etc signals, the system can automatically control the oil to be sent to the different lubricant point on time and quantitatively. It can be proved that this system can raise the working efficiency, saving the manpower and material resources. It will have a good applied foreground.
