Abstract :
A new technologies for pre-processing the layout layers of integrated circuits and for contour detection of layout objects are proposed. These include fast algorithms of anti-aliasing and filtering based on discrete two-dimensional Hadamard and Haar functions; accurate segmentation algorithms based on the Hough transform which allow one to handle noisy images; and a vectorization algorithm permitting one to describe object contours by straight-line segments of different lengths
