Abstract :
An efficient analysis, based on the waveguide performance of the quasioptical resonator, is used on an open resonator with step-like deformation of mirrors. The spectrum and field topologies of the corner-echelette open resonator are provided as an example. This method is promising for other complicated quasioptical structures.
