  • Abstract
This paper briefly introduced the characteristics and importance of virtual reality, and discussed traffic problem in reality, then focused on the feasibility and realistic significance of the application of virtual reality technology in Transportation. Furthermore, by theoretically simulating traffic situations in bad weather and predicting varied scenes of traffic flow with virtual reality technology, it was considered to be quite effective to apply virtual reality technology in transportation.
