Abstract :
Layered semiconductors have high anisotropy of chemical bonding. They have strong ion-covalent bonding in separate layers and Van der Waals interaction between neighbouring layers. These semiconductors are considered as intermediate class of substances between 2D- and 3D- solids, between molecular and ion-covalent crystals. Therefore the new phenomena can be observed in physical properties of layered crystals with incorporated nanoparticles. The present report is devoted to manifestation and study of the following new physical effects in layered crystals intercalated by hydrazine molecukles: 1. V.I.Sugakovpsilas phenomenon in polariton emission; 2. Interlayer excitons and 3. Polytipic transitions under intercalation.
