Abstract :
High accuracy digitization and digital sensor parameters configuration are more complex. According to the principles of digitization, sensor signal high accuracy digitization technologies are discussed and applied to high accuracy digital load cell design. Orthogonal experiments method is adopted to optimize parameters configuration, and ENOB (effective number of bits) of measuring results is proposed to be optimization comprehensive index. Test results show that optimal parameters configuration scheme is feasible and effective. After digitization, the analog load cell synthesis precision achieves the level of OIML C6, and resolution attains 0.2 uV/10mV, anti-interference ability and accuracy indexes are both improved.
