Abstract
A wideband HF oblique experiment over the ionospheric reflection channel has been conducted. The experiment measures the complex transfer function simultaneously at six frequencies selected from 800 discrete frequencies in the range of 5 to 15 MHz in the west-east path 1400 km long. Based on the measured transfer function, the two-frequency two-time correlation function and the power spectral density are computed. Various statistics, such as correlation time and correlation bandwidth are deduced, and their evolution with time is studied
