Abstract :
The scheme of the acousto-optic deflector operating at two different light wavelengths is proposed. The device enables to perform angle scanning of a light beam over a predefined spatial raster at one light wavelength firstly, and then at different wavelength over the same raster. Such a device could be used as a part of an optical scanning microscope or profilometer.
