Abstract
Formation mechanism and kinetics process of PbO+MN system were investigated in this paper. The formation of perovskite phase in this system was characterized by an initial rapid formation of Mg-contained pyrochlore phase. This pyrochlore not only reacted with MgO to form PMN perovskite, but also decomposed itself to be P3N2 pyrochlore. The kinetics process of the system could be divided into two stages: short stage and long stage, and their activation energy were 160 KJ/mol and 182 KJ/mol respectively
