Abstract :
A multi-parameters adaptive control system used for multi-electrodes discharge machining is proposed in this paper. Because the concept of fuzzy set is adopted in the decision process, the identification of manufacturing situation becomes much more reliable and the calculation is simplified. By using a PC computer the real-time adaptive control can be performed without requiring extra inspection and controlling equipments
