Abstract :
The questions of the formation and modeling of phase transformations and transitions in the of relaxed optics are discussed. An influence of basic parameters of laser irradiation on the phasepsilas transformations in irradiated materials is analyzed. The problems of the creation of various structures are represented as phasepsilas transformations. Types of possible phase transformations are discussed. Problems of stability and applications proper phases are discussed too.
