Abstract :
According to the characteristic of optical fiber during the course of winding, the tension control system used for optical fiber was designed. For meeting the higher precision, the mathematics models of each equipment were founded, including tension of optical fiber, tension detected equipment, motor, winding movement and tension sensor. Further more, the mathematics models of the different systems which have different performance were founded.
