Abstract
We document that the idioventricular 0.1 Hz spectral fiaction of beat-by-beat variability of QT interval reflecting sympathetic control to ventricles tracks absolute myocardial strain under both emotional and attention stress. This study also suggests an adrenergic mechanism involved in 0.1 Hz QT power response to mental stress.
