Abstract :
A New type of Ultra Wide-Band printed monopole antenna comprising of circular patch inside an annular ring structure has been proposed. The antenna with full annular ring and circular patch yields 5:1 simulated impedance- bandwidth ratio for VSWR<;=2 (2.5 to 12.5 GHz). Both simulated and experimental results have been presented, which are in good agreement with each other.
