Abstract
Real-time monitoring and dynamic rating systems have matured from being used as offline engineering tools to systems which are used online by system operations, as well as being used by planning, engineering and maintenance. This paper describes the integration and presentation of real-time ratings to the planner, engineer, maintenance and operating personnel using existing utility communication schemes
