A Proposal for the Design of e-Bank Questions inside Learning Management Systems (LMS) for Students of Universities and Higher Institutes

The Learning Management Systems (LMS) is basic starting platform for e-learning is with its flexibility in handling by the students and staff make it the focus of attention for many of them when mention talk about e-learning. Including JUSUR system for the management of E-learning, and applied in most universities and higher instate in Saudi Arabia. The aims of this research (proposal) is to build electronic bank questions open as a tool attached to the bridge system for the management of e-learning, so that questions are stored after the calculation of some of the statistical characteristics of questions such as coefficient of ease and difficulty coefficient and the coefficient of excellence. The questions are to take advantage of stored so as to enable the student to perform pilot testing at any time by random selection of test questions and grades stored within the database. Results obtained from this proposal in the form of reports and graphs so clear to the student and staff together include the student´s performance level and messages reassuring him and his family, also there others reports.
