Abstract :
The survey describes CMOS circuit design techniques for several fundamental operational transductance amplifiers (OTAs). The OTAs based on the fully differential structure (FD), cross-coupled differential structure with floating voltage adjustment (CCD), and fully differential complementary structure (FDC) are mentioned. A brief analysis on these OTA implementations is offered by explaining the ways to enhance linearity. The OTAs´ performances such as power consumption, transconductance value, and dynamic range are compared. A summary to illustrate the promising results that can be achieved and exceeded when designing OTAs is presented.
