Abstract :
Gear measuring center requires high measuring accuracy, high speed, good repeatability, convenient operation, as well as high safety and reliability. The design uses a motion controller as the control unit, AC servo drive as drive mechanism, the servo motor as the implementing agency, the grating and the inductor as precision sensing, data acquisition card as a displacement sensor and data collection part, microcomputer by VC++ programming as the host control, data processing and interface display, in order to achieve gear measuring center motion control system of full-closed loop.
