Abstract :
This paper presents a new multistage comb-rotated sinc (RS) decimator with a compensated magnitude response. The overall magnitude characteristic is improved in both the passband and stopband. In addition, both multipliers of the RS filter work at a lower rate. The proposed multistage structure has more design parameters that provides additional flexibility to the design procedure.
