            Abstract : 
The visual inspection of remotely sensed data is becoming an arduous task as the numbers and types of sensors scanning the same object area proliferates. We present here a technique for constructing a composite image with selected information from the contributing source images. The selection criteria is based on using the spatial frequency distribution, as determined by a two dimensional wavelet transform, as a measure of the information content of the source images
