A new information security model based on BLP model and Biba model

This paper gives a new function C(N, α, β) of information security, which is based on confidentiality and integrality, with a new concept which is the concern degree of information. The categories in the BLP model is improved and the classifications in the BLP model is replaced with C(N, α, β), this way, a new information security model is described, which use similar definition and rules of operation in the BLP model, which is an expansion of the BLP and Biba model.
