Use of the information technologies, work in team and work organization: contributions of the innovation economy

Summary form only given. The main objective of this article consists in defining criteria that will be taken in consideration in the choice of the best adaptive groupware for team working. That problematic is then articulated, encompassing the allowed three keypoints: foundations of the learning economy; to accomplish efficient organization of the work in teams; and means to accomplish activities with interest and satisfaction, that is, communication tools.
