Abstract :
Material shape of car dumper during dumping is analyzed. The weight and rotary inertia of material are changed with the tipping angle during dumping. Material moment and rotary inertia on-line calculation thought is put forward. Object position measuring technology is applied to determine initial parameters and the graph display of whole dumping process is realized by coordinate conversion. The variety curve of dumping moment is drawn. The mathematics model of dumping moment is established and moment curve is analyzed, which provides for the design and test of parameters of transmission parameters.
