Abstract :
In crisis situation, there is always a collaborative effort to collect, fuse and analyze large volumes of diversified data and convert it to information that can be used for efficient emergency assessment and management. This paper discusses one way of tackling this problem using the emerging linked data concept, pointing out major challenges and discussing the applicability of existing components of LOD2 stack for different emergency management services implementation.
