Abstract

The growing competitiveness that appears among organizations due to tendency of the globalization of the markets leads to companies longing to reach a position where they cannot not only to stay in the market, but can do so in a competitive way. One of the ways of reaching such an objective is taking a pro-active attitude, that is to say, innovating more and more technologically, as in the production processes. In that way, the paper seeks to identify the occurrence or not of technological transfer in the spinning section of a textile company
