Abstract :
One of the key components of the tire testing machine is the loading mechanism, ability to accurately simulate the gesture and loaded situation of tire work is the main point of the design. One model for loading mechanism is presented in this paper, better implementation of the simulation of the attitude of the tires movement of leaning and deviation. Define the drive mode and drive functions of the loading mechanism and demonstrated that the designed loading mechanism and the actual suspension mechanism have excellent approximation by comparison with the simulation analysis of the independent suspension system with application of analysis software in the kinematics simulation analysis for the loading mechanism.
