Abstract :
It is discussed the preparation of potassium ferrate (VI) salts and the process of preparation of potassium ferrate by electrochemical method, and probed into characteristics in the process of oxidation by single ingredient experiments. The experiments were used to study factors of proportion under different conditions as follows, potassium ferrate (VI) salts dosing, the beginning pH of p-nitrophenol solution, the beginning concentration and the time of reaction. Also the orthogonal test was used to study the best compounding for the best result. Single ingredient experiments turn out four results. With increasing of the potassium ferrate (VI) salts dosing, the removal efficiency of CODCr also increased in a finite bound.
