Abstract
The paper deals with a fully integrated LC filter for terrestrial TV reception [42MHz...870MHz] that has been designed in a SiP (System in Package) technology. A tunable DC-DC converter from 0 to 24V, implemented in Bi-CMOS 0.25¿m technology with 2.8V supply voltage, generates the high tuning voltage required for a very linear variable capacitors.
