  • Abstract
A new sepiolite was developed, which biologic bacteria were immobilized on. Affection on immobilized cell was studied. Optimum activated temperature by perfects, the amount of mycelium and the properties of immobilized cell were investigated. The experimental results show: when activated temperature 400°C, that immobilized cell could decolour better than a free bacteria. And the optimum condition for the dye ecolorization of immobilized strain was temperature 33°C, pH6-9, the carrier amount of 10g/L, the microbe amount of 2% and the shaker speed of 120 r/min. Comparing with free cells, immobilization not only enhanced the grouph to decolorize microbe, but also kept the stable range in different pH values.
