Abstract :
A testing system for the automobile clutch plate is designed firstly in this paper. In order to further improve the testing accuracy and efficiency, a compound sliding mode controller is proposed to control the system and Kalman filter is used to deal with the signal. Based on the virtual instrument technology of NI company, the interface and data acquisition programs are developed. The simulation results show that the accuracy and efficiency have been improved and the test system is working stably and credibly.
