Abstract :
This paper analyzes the strategic options of the responsibility of the state grid companies and the government to prevent the crisis of large area blackout with the game theory, and also the results have been verified with examples. It arrives at the low efficient Nash Equilibrium tactics that the leaderships of the Power Grid Corporation don´t participate in the prevention and the Government does not check whether they do. By analysis of the benefit function of the whole community, the equilibrium tactic can be figured out when the benefit function is maximized. Meanwhile, it also discusses how the government achieves the maximizing social benefits through the financial, administrative, educational and other means in preventions against the crisis of larg.e area blackout.
