Abstract
Pushed by the country policy about energy conservation, the usage amounts of new wall material promptly increases, for resolving important monitor and management problems in the development of modern wall material industry, some remote monitor patterns are designed based on the B/S structure, in which some PLC controllers are used to achieve the function of motion control on the device level, the remote monitor process is done by industry process computers, some real-time monitor and web services are developed by use of the WinCC 6.2 configuration software and its some components, lots of actual functions are provided, such as mobile telephone information network visiting, data management etc., by which the high-performance and the low cost can be realized in the wall material production process.
