Abstract
A 3D treatment planning system for radioimmunotherapy based on activity maps from SPECT images has been developed. Absorbed dose distributions are calculated using a point source kernel convolution with the activity map using FFT. Patient specific absorbed dose can be calculated and analyzed volumetrically together with diagnostic images. The method overcomes the limitations of conventional radioimmunotherapy dose modelling and provides the means for optimizing treatment strategy for each patient. The system offers a wide range of dose analysis and image processing tools. Connectivity to imaging devices is handled using industry standards
