Abstract :
Electrocaloric properties of PZT- and BaTiO3- based ceramics and LiNbO3 Crystals were investigated by indirect estimation and direct measurement of temperature-electric field (T-E) hysteresis loops. The measured T-E loops showed similar shape with strain-electric field (s-E) loops.
