Abstract :
The resource of natural gravle using in road construction is fruitful in Tibet. If asphalt pavement with graded gravle stone basement is adopted, it can increase performance of road, decrease construction cost because of inconvenient traffic. Through the theoretical analysis, lab test, test road and study of flexible basement for graded gravel stone in special nature conditions in Tibet,this paper puts forword some pavement performance and the design and construction technology of flexible basement for graded gravel stone in Tibet.It makes the pavement structure in Tibet economical, durable, safety and reliable in alpine, strong radiation, complex geological and lack of road material.
