Abstract :
Memristor-based cell is proposed in this paper. Digital logical operations in the proposed memrsitor cell can be performed with a voltage-controlled current (VCC) source input or a current-controlled voltage (CCV) source input. The important application of the proposed memristor cell is to build memristor-based sersors, memristor cellular automaton, and memristive cellular neural networks.
