Abstract :
In the paper, the improved OP-based potantiostat with the glucose test strip electrode readout the electronic signal related to the concentration of Glucose is proposed. The cascode differential amplifier is designed to implement the potentiostat that the performance is analyzed and improved. The CMOS circuit of potentiostat is successfully designed and simulated by HSPICE. The chip was fabricated by TSMC0.35μm. There have a great potential in the portable bio-detection system for the health-care and bio-medicine applications.
