  • Abstract
The development was delayed because of the errors and the damage of the reducer box caused by present vibration and durability test platform. To solve this problem, the basic principle and the structure characteristic of the test platform are analyzed. Repeating test and comparison analysis clarify that the cause of the problems. A improved vibration and durability test system is constructed. Moreover, a automatical control system is designed to control the loading, simulate the actual road state, calculate and display the test results. Many kinds of vibration experiments of motorcycle frames have been carried out on the new test system, and the results prove that the test system can satisfy the demands of the vibration and durability test, and also afford a new technique to motorcycle frame vibration test.
