Abstract :
A practicable visual scheme about water quality and water quantity in main canals of South-to-north Water Transfer East Route Project(ER-SWTP) has been designed and realized by use of famous GIS COM called ArcObjects and Oracle database as background database. In order to show the state of water quality and water quantity of the ER-SWTP, a GIS networks about water quality and a GIS networks about water quantity have been established. In addition, two kinds of monitoring interfaces about water quality and water quantity in different waterlocks and water quality survey station have also been realized. Our study shows that our visual scheme about water quality and water quantity in ER-SWTP is reasonable and practicable, and the visual effect is quite good.
