  • Abstract
    A new and simple circular polarization (CP) design for annular ring microstrip antennas using a pair of tuning stubs or a pair of slits is proposed. This design allows easy adjustment, by trimming the stub length or slit length, to excite good circularly polarized waves. A typical design with the antenna size reduction about 52% is demonstrated, and experimental results are presented and discussed.
